Short answer

TwoThree is a free course of short daily piano lessons for adult beginners: 8 weeks, 56 planned days and 57 lessons, 10 to 26 minutes a day. It needs no account and works offline. It starts with finding middle C and ends with both hands reading in C, G and F position.

What a day looks like

Every day follows the same shape, so you always know what comes next and nothing is lost if you stop.

  • First go: Yesterday's piece, once, no warm-up. It shows what stuck overnight.
  • Technique: Five-finger patterns, each hand on its own, the left hand first.
  • Reading: Notes from the staff, one clef at a time.
  • Pieces: Real tunes, waiting for you, then with the click.
  • Ear: Listen, then pick the staff that matches.
  • Day done: What went well, a look at tomorrow, and your week ring.

How it compares with ABRSM

The benchmark the plan aims at is ABRSM’s Initial grade, then Grade 1. Here is what the 8 weeks teach next to what those grades list, from TwoThree’s notes on ABRSM’s 2025–26 piano syllabus.

The 8 weeks don’t teach quavers, minor keys or full scales yet. TwoThree isn’t part of ABRSM and doesn’t enter you for exams.
